I am new to THM but it's my understanding that Dreamfield Pasta is ok. I'm just not sure of serving size. Would you go by serving size listed on box?

I heard somewhere that if it sits and gets reheated it has more carbs in it, too many for plan. Has anyone else heard anything like this?

Yes, they (Dreamfield's I think) basically used to say only cook it once by the package directions, so no reheating. Pearl has mentioned only using it maybe once a week or less anyway as a convenience item. I haven't had it very many times, since spaghetti squash and zucchini noodles work really well for me, but I did buy a box of spirals and just portioned it out by the box amount before cooking and placed each serving in a baggie so I just ate the portion amount and no leftovers (rest of family had different noodles).
