Hi all! Question for the ladies that answer the questions!
Coconut Sugar: I know pearl and serene said it was ok if you are closer to goal weight, but I was looking at the nutrition facts and there is 4 Grams Carbs per 1 Tsp. of sugar.
Is this sweetener ok for S and E desserts?

I'd avoid it in an S setting.
