Br: E 2 banana oat cakes with 3/4 c spiced Greek yogurt
Lu: E bowl of chicken and chickpea stew.
Sn: S pumpkin shake
Sup: CO. Toasted tomato sandwiches with mayo.
Trying to focus on 'E' meals and crossovers. Have leaned too heavily on S meals, learning to love 'E's. Full time nursing baby. Aiming for 3 quarts red raspberry tea mix per day. Drinking 2 quarts lemon GGMS.
