I would just like to say that I was running on bare bones for the majority of the week, so I was improvising with a lot of my meals, heheh. Also, dinner times with my family tend to be suuuuper erratic and I'm not always sure when we will eat, so sometimes I will have a piece of chocolate or a pickle if I am especially hungry.
Sunday
B: Abt 1/3 c. cooked egg whites, a piece of toast, an apple 8:30 am (E)
L: Small handful blueberries, a piece of skinny chocolate, two pork chops with homemade ketchup. 11:30 pm. (S)
S: Fat Stripping Frappa (strawberries instead of coffee), 2 pieces skinny chocolate 2:20 pm. (FP)
D: One pickle spear, 5:30, Antipasto salad with Italian vinaigrette, 6:50. (Ate out)
S: Pumpkin milk (FP) 10:10 pm
Monday
B: Two pieces cooked egg toast with a bit of 1/3 less fat cream cheese and a tomato. (E)
L: Three pieces skinny chocolate, 11:30. Baked zucchini boats with mozzarella, tomato and basil. 12:15 (S)
S: Peach Cobbler for One served with a half cup serving of low fat ice cream. 3:45 (E)
S: One pickle spear, 5:10 (FP)
D: Taco salad (iceberg lettuce, cheese, seasoned beef, homemade dressing [mayo, ketchup, pickles]) (S)
Dessert: Apple crisp for one, 10:05 pm. (E)
Tuesday
B: Three egg white protein muffins (egg whites, chicken, spinach) with some salsa on top, and two pieces skinny chocolate. 8:30 am (S)
L: Mediterranean quinoa salad (soaked and cooked quinoa, balsamic vinegar, one tsp olive oil, various spices) over salad greens, 11:45 am. (E)
S: Leftover Mediterranean quinoa and one pickle spear. (E)
D: Chicken soup with quinoa (chicken broth, onions, carrots, celery, chicken, about 1/3 cup quinoa), and an apple, 6:00-6:45 pm. (E)
Dessert: Three squares pumpkin fudge (found on http://www.thecoersfamily.com), 9:45 pm. (S)
Wednesday
B: About 1 c. Cooked oatmeal with cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener mixed in, a protein muffin, and about 1/4 c. Blueberries, 10:00 am. (E)
L: Mediterranean Quinoa salad, 12:20 (early lunch due to waking up late and college class times) (E)
S: One Apple, 3:15 (E)
S: One pickle spear, 4:35 (FP)
D: Wedge salad (iceberg lettuce, bacon, watered down blue cheese dressing), and one pumpkin fudge square, 6:20 pm. (S)
Dessert: Four pieces pumpkin fudge, 9:00 pm. (S)
Thursday
B: 1 c. Cooked oatmeal (oats, coco powder, coconut milk, shredded coconut, sweetener), and a handful of strawberries, 9:15. (E)
L: Chicken, zucchini, cabbage and onion stir fry, and a pickle, 11:30. (S)

L: Sandwich (turkey, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, laughing cow cheese wedge spread), one pickle spear, one peach, 11:30 am. (E)
S: Apple crumble for one (Apple, oats, pumpkin pie spice, small amount coconut milk) with 1/2 c serving low fat ice cream, 2:30 pm. (E)
S: Big Boy Smoothie (1/2 scoop whey), 5:30 pm. (FP)
D: Cheesy cauliflower chowder, 8:15 pm. (S)
Saturday

L: Mexican cottage cheese salad (no beans), 12:00 pm. (FP)

I'm honestly not sure what I'm doing wrong....I'm pretty good about spotting things I overdo, though when you guys look over it, my problem will probably turn out to be something big and obvious.
