I am allergic to oats and gluten free. Would brown rice flour be something I could use as a substitute for oat flour?

Think I answered my own question... there are 66 net carbs in a cup of oat flour. 116 in a cup of brown rice. That's almost double.... meh.

I believe Brown rice is best used when sprouted or soured. I think you can sometimes buy the sprouted flours.
