So I goofed up pretty bad with my eating on Friday....super busy at work and one of the med students brought in strudel and muffins Obviously not THM, and from there it went downward. So I'm going to try to post my meal plans for the next few days. Today I was switching to night shift so I napped in the afternoon, and that is why I have snacks planned between midnight and 6am. B: anabolic oatmeal (E) L: FP salad (FP) D: Parmesan chicken, yam, asparagus (E) 2100: 2 apple muffins (E) 0000: waldorf salad (E) 0300: 2 light wasa crackers with LLCC and turkey (FP) 0600: oatmeal with a small apple (E)
