I am making out my first week meal plan. I haven't finished the book yet but I am far enough to start the plan. I have enough ideas for days 1,2, and 3. But days 4 and 5 have me stumped. Snack ideas are fine but the three main meals are going to leave me starved. I have lean meat and eggs. Please, any recipe ideas would be awesome. I really want to make it through this. Thank you so much.

I'm not sure what type of lean meat you have. But what about 1 of the E crocpot meals from the book. Or some type of enchilada salad. For eggs, I always think of omelets. Or make some egg and meat muffins.

I feel like we are more limited later in the week. I will check those recipes in the book. I also friended two THM Facebook pages. Hope to get ideas from there. Thanks so much :-).
