Several of the Fuel Pull recipes have a full cup of 0% Greek yogurt in them. The one that I have found that is Non-fat Greek yogurt, unsweetened has 10 grams of Carbs in one cup. Is that still ok? Cuz I thought for a fuel pull it had to be less than 6 grams of carbs. Is it still ok to use? Does Greek Yogurt have something special about it that the carb count doesn't really matter? Thanks.

Yes, 0% plain Greek yogurt is FP for a full cup, it is non-fat, lots of protein and low in calories all that is considered when the ladies made it FP. Same with the light broth based Progresso soups, "by the numbers" they do not fit, but they are a convenience item that are mostly broth And light Rye Wasa, they are all gentle on blood sugar as well. (It would need to be under 10 for FP by the numbers, six from low-carb bread items.) I prefer to keep it simple and just go by the S and E lists with no counting involved, since the numbers really came after the book

Thanks for the clarification. I have a lot of recipes (Suzanne Somers, family specialties and others) that I would like to make THM friendly and want to make sure I'm not overdoing anything.
