It's going well so far, I am most concerned about the FP days though. I am hoping the shake up will be the trick I need

What I noticed on my 2-week fuel cycle is that on the first week I had lots of milk for baby, lots of energy and absolutely no hunger even on the E and FP days. On the second week I could hardly manage the E and FP days. FP days were ok but by the time I was doing E I was so tired and hungry. Baby needed to nurse more often. So I was thinking that if I did a second 2-week cycle I would do the second week differently. Maybe 2 days deep S, 1 day FP, 1 day E and then back to 1 deep S. then freestyle after that. I liked reading about doing a mini fuel cycle which is how I came up with doing the second week in that setup. I'll probably try another FC in march. Baby should be starting on some solids.

I think I am just going to do one week, that is all I have done in the past, I will probably do a deep S day after the end and then go back to freestyling
