ruthrn, it is actually something I haven't tried until this week, funny how I kind of skipped things and now I am discovering them (again?) I also have not felt I was suffering at all this week with this yummy food Day 7 E~ Breakfast~ Apple and mozzarella Snack~ Turkey lunch meat Lunch~ Sweet and Spicy Asian Stir Fry with peanut flour and fresh veggie stir fry mix from Costco over quinoa Snack~ Berry Fruity Bonanza with cherries, 1/2 scoop protein and tsp chia Supper~ Baked cod, sweet potato, salad w/MCT vinagrette Sipping~ Iced Oolong, Singing Canary

I do the same thing.....it's like I "rediscover" recipes from the book every few months! It's great that you have been doing so well on this fuel pull cycle! I'm also excited to hear your follow up!

I did really well, didn't feel deprived and enjoyed each day I lost a bit so that was good. I am wondering if I would have done fine on another week, but didn't really wanted some cheese I have been throwing in more FP meals since I ended and have been enjoying them again, I had pretty much only been doing FP for snacks for a really long time with being pregnant and nursing We have had the Sweet and Spicy Asian Stir Fry again and had it with kelp noodles (which were great, I hadn't had them before) so it stayed FP. So overall it was a great week plus a Deep S day to end it all
