Breakfast~ Tortilla with lunch meat, mustard, cheese and broccoli and cheese (S) Lunch~ Hamburger, handful of Lily's chocolate chips, Skinny Chocolate (better choice, lol) (S) Supper~ Chicken thighs of some sort , green beans (S) Snack~ Muffin in a Bowl (FP) Sipping~ Singing Canary, Iced Oolong

B: (E). 3/4 c Greek yogurt, 1 c blueberries L: (S). Scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, buttered green beans. Sn: (FP) smoothie-yogurt, strawberries, water, almond extract, WPP, stevia. D: unexpected off plan ice cream 1/2 c. Sn: 1/2 c yogurt and blueberries and coconut.
