Hi all! I am new to THM and have a question about powdered peanut butter products, such as "PB2" brand and the like. These are powders that you add water to in order to bring them back to peanut butter consistency. My question is, could this be eaten with an E meal? 75-80% of the fat has been removed, leaving only 4 grams per serving! (compared to 16 with normal peanut butter!) I would love to have more than a teaspoon of peanut butter on my apple, or spread it on a piece of sprouted bread!!
Thank you! ~Lillian

Yes PB2 isn't recommended as it contains some sugar, so peanut flour is a better option, but some mamas use it up until they can get the other. I have heard it is really yummy mixed with 0% Greek yogurt as an apple dip
