I'm struggling to find dairy free alternatives to all the dairy products used on this plan, especially the greek yoghurt. The only alternatives I have found are coconut yoghurt and soy yoghurt. The coconut yoghurt won't fit on fuel pull recipes and the soy yoghurt is something I don't really want to eat (although it is completely organic and non GMO). I'm fine with a little bit of dairy, butter and cream are also okay. I'm just not sure what to eat with my fuel pull snacks or put in my protein shakes (I need to find a vegan protein powder that is on plan). Help!

I use hemp protein powder and you can find it in different flavors. I don't have an alternative for cottage cheese but for yogurt I use unsweetened coconut milk yogurt and eat it wth stevia sweetened berries! It's an S, not fuel pull though.

I wonder if soft goat cheese (chèvre) would replace cottage cheese. Of course, it is full fat. I can eat chèvre but not cottage cheese. It's probably somewhere between cream cheese and cottage cheese.
