Okay, smart ladies, help me out with this. Before Sunday 3 cans Hormel chili with beans, 8 oz cream cheese and 2 c shredded cheddar; the traditional NASCAR season snack dip for the family. We use tortilla chips to scoop and enjoy I thought i could get myself a serving size bowl full (whatever that may be, maybe 1/2 cup?) and dip celery? Have no idea whatsoever if it's an S, an E, a crossover, or just plain not on plan and i need to make something else yummy for myself. i do not have any cans at the moment to look up nutrition info, sorry.

As long as the can of beans are on plan ingredients, I think it'd be ok. Without the nutrition info, it's just a guess, but, I'm guessing with the carbs from the beans and the fat from cheese, it'd be a crossover. Depending on serving size.
