I have been making chocolate for my mom that's very similar to skinny chocolate, but she wants to try something that's a little creamier, more like milk chocolate. I tried a recipe that almost worked the other day, except it didn't harden up to be solid, like a bar.
Does anyone have any recipes for something like that that they would be willing to share? Thank you!

Maybe try adding cream to skinny chocolate or rich PB fudge from the book. I find the PB fudge quite creamy though. You do have to eat it right out of the freezer, but even frozen, it's creamy.

Thank you for answering! I'll be sure to try at least one of those ideas!

Chocolate Nut Slab is more milk like too, you don't have to add nuts
