My Monday:
Breakfast - S - 2 egg frittata with butter, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, topped with 1/4 avocado & 1/4 c salsa; coffee with cream and sweet blend Snack - FP - 1/2c 0% greek pudding with fresh berries Lunch - S - Salad with romaine hearts, chicken breast, cucumber and artichoke hearts + homemade vinaigrette Snack - E - apple + 8 almonds Dinner - S - Pizza casserole with grass fed beef, mushrooms, back olives, onion and green bell pepper
*Sipped on 1/2 of Shrinker recipe and plenty of water.

yesterday since today will be a big trip to the city Breakfast~ Mrs. Criddles Coconut Cream Pie (S) Lunch~ Zuppa Tuscano Soup with a slice of rye (SH) Snack~ Joseph's pita with chicken breast, cheese, olives, sour cream, salsa (S) Supper~ Crabby Patties, artichoke with buttah (S) Sipped~ Tropical Punch GGMS, iced white tea, water

Today...
Br. (CO) steel cut oats, butter cinnamon and stevia
Sn. (CO) orange, roasted almonds
Lu. (CO) salmon in butter, little piece of sweet potato, left over chicken soup, green peas, yogurt w/stevia
Sn. (CO) protein shake w/ 1/2 banana and a little cream
Su. (SH) pizza
