Detox?

Did anyone experience a sort of "detox" when starting the plan? Like you felt lousy for a week or so and then felt better? If so, how did you mitigate it? I've heard this happens to some people when they transition to a healthier eating style.

I did. I found half an apple with a tsp of PB before bed kept my blood sugar from dropping too low at night. In my opinion, I think Low blood sugar in the morning causes the jittery nausea.

Yes, I did. It lasted for about a week and a half.
