www.briana-thomas.com/ has lots of on plan ice cream recipes (I think you need a maker) or Tummy Tucking Ice Cream (no maker necessary) for next time Or maybe have some Carb Smart on hand for when the craving strikes. Please don't worry about it though, the joy is we start over in three hours, just make sure you are mixing up those fuels well

You are so right Steffanie3! I love the tummy tucking ice cream but it's still not quite the same as "real ice cream". I've also tried a lot of Briana's recipes but noticed that they never turn out like her pictures.....I finally realized that she uses an ice cream maker so I ordered one yesterday!

Yesterday's menu: B: egg/cottage cheese scramble (S) Sn: handful of nuts (S) L: lettuce, tomatoe, LLCC, ham, mustard on Marcy's cheese rolls Sn: Greek yogurt strawberry swirl (FP) D: pork chop, Parmesan zucchini, salad (S) Dessert: cookie dough ice cream (S)
I'm really proud of what I did with dessert last night....I made tummy tucking ice cream and then I added 1 tsp of peanut butter and crumbled in one chocolate chip cookie (on plan cookie)....it was so so yummy! It was just as good as real ice cream! And I got my ice cream maker today so I can start trying all of Brianna's recipes!!

Yesterday's menu:
B: two slices of Ezekiel French toast with 0% fat Greek yogurt and a slice of apple and pear (E) Ok so here's where things started to unravel.....breakfast was late and we were leaving the house 1 hour before my "lunch" so I had 1 LLCC and a Joseph's tortilla (FP) to tide me over. Unfortunately we were gone for hours and when we came home it was only an hour until dinner. I scarfed down a few on plan cookies (S) but didn't stop there. I was making a little strawberry/rhubarb pie for the people who won't eat my "healthy desserts" and proceeded to eat a bunch of pie dough. So bad, I know!! Dinner was chicken ceaser wraps (S). Fortunately I didn't eat dessert which was probably the only good thing I did yeaterday!
Haven't made a plan for today yet but hopefully I will do better!

Just do the best you can to not get famished, that is when things can go so, so awry. I hope today is better
