Would fruit-infused water be on plan? If so, would it be a FP sipper, or would it belong paired with an E meal?
Is there a difference between fuel pull drinks and the fuel pull all-day sippers, or are they the same thing? I find this very confusing!
Also, I have a question about bulletproof coffee. I have tried this recipe that I found on a blog called Healthy Living How To: 8 oz. coffee, 2 tsp. coconut oil, 1 tsp. ghee or grassfed butter, and vanilla stevia. I know there is some concern about having bulletproof coffee too frequently because of the heavier caloric load, but this one uses much less coconut oil and ghee than I have seen in many of the other recipes. It seems like it would be fine to have it with some good protein for an S breakfast on a regular basis, but I'm not sure. Thoughts?

If you mean flavored water, you can have that any time. But if you are actually putting whole pieces of fruit or berries in your drinks you would want to keep the drink with the proper meal type, as you are still giving your body a low fuel source.
The difference in a fuel pull drink to go with a meal, or a fuel pull sipper, which you can freely guzzle all day, is this: a sipper does not contain large amounts of a fuel source for your body, even if it is a FP source. So, say, if you take the GGMS which is a refreshing drink, and add berries to it, it becomes a drink to have alongside your meal instead of a sipper to have between your meal.
On the particular bullet proof coffee you are asking about: It doesn't sound too bad to me to have frequently. But I would just watch and see if you think it stalls you or slows your weight loss down.

Thanks! I meant the kind where you put the fruit into an infuser pitcher, fill it with water, then leave it in the fridge. It flavors the water but you aren't actually eating the fruit. So what would that be?
Okay, thank you! That makes more sense. I tried a drink from a blogger who said it was a sipper, but one of the ingredients threw me off. It has Oolong, Raspberry Zinger tea, water, raw ACV, lemon concentrate, stevia, and a teaspoon of MCT oil. Everything except the oil fits with what I know about sippers, but the MCT oil threw me off. Would that make it into an S drink?
Thanks for your help!!

I guess I am not familiar with an infuser pitcher, although it sounds neat. It would probably really depend on how much/what kind of fruit you put in. If it was 1 or 2 strawberries infused to last over an entire day, I wouldn't think it would be a problem. Here I would see just a flavoring from a fuel pull source. But if it was even 1/2 of an apple or peach or other E fruit infused, you may have to worry about fueling, and with liquid carbs on top of that. Remember that fruit juice is off plan for this reason. The recipe that you mentioned from the blog actually sounds on plan. MCT oil is used in the amount of a tsp. in the Singing Canary, and also the Earth Milk has a bit of coconut oil in it.
