Today is the day my boyfriend'a family has their Easter dinner so this is what I HOPE to eat today.... B: THM pancakes (E) L: flaxseed focaccia sandwhich with lettuce, tomato, LLCC, mustard, ham (S) Sn: raw veggies and low fat cottage cheese (FP) D: turkey, whatever veggies my boyfriends mom has made (no starchy or root veggies), salad (S) dessert: my boyfriends mom asked me to make a turtle cheesecake for dinner (I'm the designated dessert maker in the family) but unfortunately she wanted to "approve" the recipe I chose so the recipe is not even close to being on plan! I'm hoping not to eat any, and bring some of my leftover on plan ice cream. If I get coerced into having some I'm hoping for the tiniest piece so it doesn't do me in!

Breakfast~ Carrot Cupcake (that looks funny, a carrot cake cupcake?), eggs over kale (S) Lunch~ Crabby/Super Salmon Patties (S) Snack~ apple few nuts (E) Supper~ Something to use up ham leftovers, probably omelets (S)
Sipping~ iced teas, Singing Canary, maybe a Cranberry Wassail
