I'm wondering what, if anything, I can use in place of Flax in the recipes that call for a tablespoon or two. I have an estrogen sensitive tumor (currently benign) and need to avoid flax. I don't like Chia. I have some Phsyllium While Husk powder. Would that work? I'm thinking about things like 1 minute muffins, etc. I've tried just leaving out the flax and it seems to really need something. Any suggestions?
