Looking for a bit of advice on these topics.... 1. Palm Oil. I just re-read the Foundation Foods chapter in the THM book, and now I'm all fired up over salmon and palm oil, lol. So, where do y'all (yes, "y'all," I live in the south) buy your palm oil (if you do at all)? Do I have to buy the Red Palm Oil, or is it the same thing? I looked around a bit on Amazon, and googled African foods stores in my area, but they're all around half an hour away, so I thought I'd ask around first. 2. I just recently found out that I'm pretty sensitive to dairy. Bad tummy aches, constipation, slight nausea, the works, huzzah. Anyway, can you guys advise about allergy-free yogurts and protein powders? Those two things are pretty big food staples for me, and I really miss my smoothies and yogurt treats. Any help is appreciated....thanks a ton in advance!

1. If you live in Columbia, sc, Rosewood Market carries Red Palm Oil. I also believe Whole Foods carries it. Hope that helps!
