Yesterday was day one of my fuel pull cycle (deep S). I had all kinds of problems but managed to stick to my plan! 0830: crepes (didn't put any cream into the batter) 1230: kale, spinich, pepper, celery, cucumber, cauliflower salad drizzled in olive oil 1530: lettuce roll ups 1830: 2 boiled eggs and a few pieces of skinny chocolate (I had planned to have dinner but at the last minute had to drive across town to pick my boyfriend up because he just bought a car) 2100: asparagus, 2 ounces beef steak, mock Wendy's frosty (FP) (I know this is way too late to eat dinner but I was starving and had to eat before bed) Today's menu (deep S) B: 2 fried eggs and bacon Sn: FP protein shake L: salmon with large salad Sn: kale chips D: Parmesan meatballs (cut back on amount of Parmesan) and steamed cauliflower with butter on top D: superfood chocolate chews

Today, so far.. 6:00 keifer, orange (E)
9:00 pancakes, greek yogurt, berry gelatin (E)
12:00 salad, salmon, olive oil (S)
3:00 1/2 banana in shake w/ collagen and eggwhite plus oat flour
6:00 unsure...
