I am trying to make a "cheat sheet" to put on the fridge for me and my husband (I love calling him my husband!). What are some ground rule of THM you would put on one? Thus far I have:
Separate fat and carbs, wait 2.5-3 hours between switching fuels
Limit E meals to 45g carb.
Do not eat fat or carbs solo--protein at every meal.
Wait 2.5-3 hours between switching fuels.
Avoid refined sugar and high GI fruit.
What else should I put on there?

Limit carbs in S and FP meals to 6 store bought carbs/10 natural carbs

It looks like you have the basics down there! The lists of S foods and E foods from their respective chapters could be helpful if you have trouble with categories.
