Chocolate Recipe (skinny choc with addition of flavors)
2 cups coconut oil (room temperature, we like it warmed to 100 and blended with hand mixer to make it easy)
1 cup sifted cocoa powder (same ratio of coconut oil to cocoa powder as skinny chocolate)
stevia to taste for the th mama!
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon himalayan or celtic salt (fine ground, use less if you don't like much salt flavor, 1/4 tsp is nice)
Spicy Chocolate Recipe
2 cups coconut oil
stevia to taste for the th mama!
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sifted cocoa powder
3 pinches cayenne
peppermint almond Chocolate Recipe
2 cups coconut oil (room temperature)
stevia to taste for the th mama!
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
6 drops peppermint oil (this is young living oil so it's potent, you may need more of another brand)
1 cup sifted cocoa powder
Peanut butter Chocolate Recipe
2 cups coconut oil (room temperature)
stevia to taste for the th mama!
1 teaspoon vanila extract
1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
1 cup sifted cocoa powder
1/4cup peanut butter (haven't tried the defatted peanut powder yet)
for all the above: Mix ingredients till blended. pour in ice cube tray or onto cookie sheet. Cool in the freezer until firm and enjoy!
Peppermint Patties- these are awesome!
.5 cup raw coconut oil
stevia to taste (to = 1/8 cup sugar)
20 drops peppermint essential oil
warm the coconut oil and add the stevia and essential oils. chill just a bit so you can mold the oil into little balls, chill in freezer for a few minutes and coat with your favorite skinny chocolate recipe. double dipped in the chocolate is also good.
