FP snacks?

I have been following THM pretty well for the past few days. My husband and I have been a little slow to get on board--it's hard to do a diet overhaul while also trying to get the house set up and get used to being married, but we are getting there. My question is what are some FP snacks I could put in my lunchbox for work? I've been relying on low fat mozzarella string cheese but dairy bothers my sinuses if I do too much of it. In the 10 days or so before my time of month hits I get very hungry and waiting 3 hours between meals is just out of the question so I need some FPs to get me through.

What about one of the puddings from the book? They use almond milk, and are dairy frego. When I make them I put them in small size canning jars ready to go.

Some prepped veggies (celery, cucumbers) with just 7 or 8 almonds for your tsp of fat might be nice.
