Introducing the Trim Healthy Summer recipe series! Enjoy this refreshing summer treat. Who needs health and waistline robbing soda when you can drink this bubbly, healthy goodness on a warm afternoon? It is kid friendly, too! Sparkling Berry Lemonade - FP Ingredients: 1/2 cup Berries – fresh or frozen (blackberries are nice but any mix will do) 1 cup water Juice of 2 lemons 1 quart of Sparkling water 6 doonks Pure Stevia Extract (https://store.trimhealthymama.com/product-p/1085-455175149.htm) Directions: ~ Add 1/2 cup of berries and 1 cup of water to blender and blend smooth. ~ Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain berry liquid to remove any pulp or seeds. ~ Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Adjust sweetener to your taste – “own it!” ~ Pour over Ice and garnish with lemons and mint for a fancy presentation or just drink it plain for a refreshing summer treat. (NOTE – While this is not an all-day sipper (due to the berries) it is a FP on the Trim Healthy Mama plan and can be enjoyed frequently!) ~from fanpage

I made this! (Yeah, me! I actually tried a recipe from the internet! ) Even my oldest, healthy loving, but stevia hating son, liked it! I actually just cheated and threw in the berries whole, though... I'm all for easy!
