Since potatoes are off the menu for us THM's, I found this idea and thought I would forward, in case someone has not seen it yet. If you have radishes, clean the ends off and throw them in with whatever kind of roast you are making in the oven or crock pot. They take on the flavor of the meat and do not taste like radishes at all. They sort of remind me of new potatoes. You can also put some radishes in a piece of tin foil and add some butter, salt/pepper, or whatever seasons you prefer and put them on the grill. I put mine on the top shelf of our grill. Yum. So good.
