I am new to the forum but have been on THM a little over two months. I recently tried the Shrinker and loved it. I felt so much better and it helped with water retention wonderfully! My question is how often can I drink it - as in every day? I do not regularly have a lot caffeine, so I guess I am concerned with how much I would be getting and don't want to have adverse effects or become addicted to it (if that is even a concern). Thanks for your help.

I would like to know this too. I am a caffeine drinker and normally it doesn't bother me but I've made the S Shrinker 3 times and all three times I could not get to sleep that night. I really want to drink this stuff all day. I love it! I guess I have to stop drinking it in the early afternoon.

I think it has about the caffeine of a cup of coffee for the whole batch if I remember right, so not too high. If you are not used to caffeine I would start slow and see how you do and for sure some mamas need to stop having it past afternoon The Oolong itself has the benefits we are after so if you are more comfortable and can find decaf that will work just fine.
