I'm thinking about ordering one of the T-Tapp dvds, and am wondering if you could share your experience with it, if you have tried it. I would say my current fitness level is average, but I sometimes struggle with joint pain in my hips and knees. Would it be worth the money?

I loved it! It took 20 minutes a day, for 10 days and I lost several inches. I could have spent the much time in the gym in 1 day and had no real results.
