I am hoping someone has some insight into what I am doing wrong or if there is something wrong with me, I have been doing the THM lifestyle for 8 months now with great success, for the first 6 months I have had the weight just slid off, lots of energy, mental clarity, and all around just much healthier. Then all of a sudden I am tired all of the time, cranky, depressed, muscle fatigue, brain fog, frequent headaches, lower back hurts (not sure why my back hurts), and my belly pooch just won't go away no matter what I do. I walk roughly 5 miles a day, eat something every 3 - 4 hours, have 1 e-mail a day (usually breakfast), and take vitamins. I just can't figure out what is wrong and wondering if anyone else has had these problems before.

I don't know. Have you talked to your doctor? That might rule out any health problems you are dealing with. I find drinking the Singing Canary helps me some with energy. And just making sure to get enough fluids with the warmer weather. I was going to suggest more E meals..as I have felt this way before if I am not getting enough, but I see you are getting 1 a day. I generally do a couple a day for myself, but I also am still nursing a baby.
