Does anyone have a good recipe for Konjac Noodles. I tried making the Chicken Alfredo in the THM recipe book, but really didn't care for the texture of the noodles. I am gluten free, so have been using GF noodles for several years. Are the GF noodles any good type of substitute? I normally use the Jovial brand, which I love. I can't use Dreamfields due to the wheat. I normally prefer S meals but miss the pasta, and it seems with E meals the amount of pasta you can eat is very limited.

The konjac noodles did take some getting used to for me. I love them, now, although the first time I tried them, not so.
You can use a limited amount of quinoa noodles in an E setting. As a side, not your whole carb serving..
I am not familiar with the brand you mentioned. What would the ingredients be?

Troodles, made from zucchini are a yummy S option!

Zoodles are an awesome substitute! I found that I for a hand spiraled and I didn't like it as much as the crank one that my mom has. The zucchini came out kind of wavy instead of smooth like a noodle.
The konjac has definitely taken some getting used to. I mainly use it for Asian dishes that have rice noodles and I don't notice it so much. When I used it for spaghetti I found that leaving my ground meat in larger chunks in my sauce helped to break up the textures I was feeling as I chewed. That helped some.
Good luck!
