I am new to THM and first time on this board. I have a question about what constitutes a bread that would be THM approved that is gluten free. Are there any store bought breads so I don't have to bake from scratch?
Thank so much, I have the book on order so I am just going off of what info I can find so far on web.

If you need to be gluten free, just watch to make sure your grains in the bread are either sprouted or soured. The exceptions would be quinoa or oats (and rye..but that has gluten). Also make sure the bread does not contain off plan ingredients or starches such as tapioca or potato. Or sugar, other than a little to raise the yeast. Then stick to the recommended serving size in an E. There are also a lot of carb free recipes floating around that are good in an S setting. I like the Swiss bread recipe made from THM's new baking blend .It is FP and can be used in any setting!

Yes, but only if it is sprouted or soured.
