Hi Everyone! I was taking my daily vitamins and I got to thinking, do you NEED to take anything extra while on plan? Things like, calcium, B complex, multi vitamin, etc? I'm sure it's still good to take cod liver and vitamin D, but do you get enough of the others with the foods we can eat? The only dairy I really eat is, butter, eggs, greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese. So maybe I should still take the calcium? What about magnesium? I was nervous that maybe I would get an 'over dose' on something if it wasn't needed. Thank you!

I believe vitamins and supplements are addressed in the original book, in the back. My book is loaned out or if check.

Ok, I wonder why it's not in the new book. Maybe I should see about getting the original one from the library...

The old book has a lot of added things! The new one is more streamlined to the plan, due to many people's request! I love the old one, though!

Rebekah is right. The old book was massive and had more information. People wanted something smaller and more streamlined. The first book is still worth gettung, even with the new book.
