I have been wondering this since starting THM. I know the guideline to eating is every 2.5 to 3 hours, 4 hrs at most. But I wonder when do you start counting from? Lets say I look at the clock right as I sit down to eat breakfast and it's 7:30 and by the time I finish my creamy oolong tea is 8am. I took 30 minutes to eat my food. So do I wait 3hrs starting from 7:30 or 8?

I count 3 hrs from when I finish. What do the rest of you do?
