Hello- I hope I'm asking this in the right place. I am new.
I am wondering if homemade chicken or beef broth (fat skimmed off) can be consumed on its own as a suitable breakfast or snack.

I would think you could, if you had enough protein. I bought a boxed bone broth recently that said it had 9 grams protein per cup. So that could be a guideline.
Maybe one of the voices of authority here can give you more guidance.

There's a recipe in the cookbook called Purist Primer that's basically homemade broth with a few yummy and nutritious add ins you might like. And yes, queen is right, it's good for a snack or small meal.
