I LOVE the iced coffee recipe with half of the sweetener. I'm a fan of sipping on a smoothie for breakfast since I'm always on the go, and my stomach can be sensitive to eggs and yogurt/sweets in the morning. If I use a whole or heaping scoop of whey in the iced coffee recipe will it hold me over longer/count as a meal replacement? Will it still be considered a fuel pull or does that change it into an E? Is there an easy way to make an S version (swap almond milk for cream?) for when I want to do a fuel cycle?
Relatively new and still learning. Thank you for your help!

It should be. But you want to be careful of sipping on things for a long time that aren't 'sippers'. You need to let your digestive system rest and prevent fuel clashes. Any easy way to make your smoothies an S is to add coconut oil or MCT oil. Peanut butter or dark chocolate would also work. Cream too. The oils would be the healthiest option though.

Thank you so much! That's why I was wondering about what kind of meal it would be. Since FPs can frequently be eaten with S or E I was feeling better about sipping on this from 8-10 than an earth milk, for example. Is it still a bad idea to sip on this (as a FP) if my lunch is at 11:30? I can try to switch it up instead!

You don't need to gulp it down, but it's still a good idea to try to finish it well before your next meal or snack. There are several sippers if you're looking for something to quench your thirst and tote around with you.
