My whole family liked these donuts, even the picky 8-year old! They're a delicious S treat, and great with a cup of coffee. They make a great dessert, or maybe they could be a special breakfast for Christmas or birthdays! These are made in a donut maker (like a waffle maker, except with donuts shaped holes - available at many stores or online for about $30). Ingredients: Coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, stevia, cinnamon, eggs, coconut oil Mix together 2 eggs with 2-4 Tbsp Truvia (depending on your taste, or use some shakes of nustevia extract powder) and 2 Tbsp liquid coconut oil. Add in 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/8 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. If the batter is very thick, add in some warm water, maybe 1/4-1/2 cup. The batter should be similar to pancake or waffle batter. Bake them in a donut maker for 5-10 minutes, or until their done to your liking (I did about 10 minutes). While they're warm, brush some melted butter over them and roll in a mixture of equal parts cinnamon and Truvia.

Emily, did you make these with homemade coconut flour or store bought? I know with the muffins it makes a difference in texture. Thanks!

I haven't made these, but I imagine you could get fair results at least in the oven.
