I haven't tried NuNaturals in this, but I use a stevia/eryhtritol mix called Natvia here in NZ, and I need to use 4 tsp which I grind up in my coffee grinder. I don't make this recipe when I run out of Natvia because my white concentrated stevia powder just doesn't make it sweet enough. Sometimes I add 1/4tsp of concentrate with the Natvia. Depending how I mix it most times it's awesome, but I've had some flops, which I usually melt down and pour over crepes.

I made my first batch of skinny chocolate last night and it turned out good. I have found that the cocoa powder makes a big difference! I used trader joe's brand in a mug recipe and it was awful, then I switched to Hershey's and it was really good. I also used a pestle and ground the truvia in with the cocoa powder. Not sure if that made a difference, but it turned out really good. I also put some unsweeneted shredded coconut in there, I love the little crunchy texture. I also have put a bit of fresh ground peanut butter on them too. Yum.

We've begun to use the NuNaturals liquid stevia drops in our Skinny Chocolate, and it is less bitter and much better, but it still has "fakey" overtones where it's sweet at first and then just more on the bitter side. We'll keep trying!

I've had good success with this ratio: I've been using 3-4 shakes with the small hole of NuNaturals Trader Joe's cocoa powder Extra Virgin Coconut Oil ordered through Azure Standard (the cheapest kind) Stir for a good minute with a spoon (like the muffin in a mug) to get things really mixed up I put them in ice cube trays and pop one or two out at a time. I did add some sea salt on top once - so good! HTH!

They've been talking on FB about Pearl's version of Skinny Chocolate using PB flour and PB. Anyone have that recipe here?
