Our two oldest children just turned on an African Selah song and then, Spewed. Haha!! I still can't do it all, but it gives me something to work towards. Feel those happy exercise hormones coursing through our bodies!

What about T-Tapp? Have any of you tried that? I have and I really like it. I was consistent for awhile at the end of last year and plan to get back into it now that life has settled down a bit.

I've done t-tapp quite a bit. When I first did it at age 42 before my 3 miscarriages I was loosing weight around my middle really fast. but after all those miscarriages I just started holding onto weight. I am now doing T-tapp again and haven't seen any weight loss but I love it because it activates a tons of muscles. It's such a good stretch and it feels so good. I've heard that it is good for adrenal fatigue. I also like it because it only takes 15 minutes if you to the t-tapp plus.
