Hi all! I love the feeling after a good workout. However, I have never used kettlebells (I enjoy using weights). Your kettlebell enthusiasm has won me over and I want to give it a go. If you had to choose the single most beneficial kettlebell DVD, which one would you choose? (The hubs says I need to try 1 and see how it goes first). Thanks for your input!
Niecechen...have you tried Holly Rigsby's? They seem really expensive & I haven't talked to anyone that has actually used her kb workout. I use her FYM workouts & really like those. Just wondering if you thought it was worth the price?
Wife to 1 amazing man, Mama to 8 spectacular kiddos. I am one blessed, happy Mama...working hard to be a Trim, Healthy Mama
definitely worth the price in my opinion, but also check out youtube. There is this on there: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MW6M-I51TI--it is this incredible kettlebell workout with Holly and Pamela. Tell me what you think. I Love doing a Leslie Sansone fast one mile walk and then this kettlebell workout on M, W, F and do some other stuff on T and TH
robbiesnest56: Do you make the ice cubes out of whole fat and low fat coconut milk so you have both options? Are they both S?[br]

ggwells: Ok new to the site. Want to keep it simple. I understand not to mix high fat with carbs. I love having eggs for breakfast sometimes. So can I have egg burrito with bacon. Then have to S meals for lunch and dinner?

steffanie3: All coconut things are best thought of as S, but you could use a small amount for FP robbiesnest56

steffanie3: ggwells, if you purchase some low-carb tortillas you could have a S meal and enjoy burrito. For how it effects lunch and dinner on THM you simply need to wait three hours before you next meal and switching fuels

stacylynn: Got another one for you: Zone Bar with 210 cal; 7 g fat; 23 carbs (eek!); 3 g fiber; 15 gm sugar and 14 gm protein would fall under what category? Mess up? IMA goof-ball? Oops? Really...how do I categorize this poor choice?
Sept 9, 2014 19:52:07 GMT -5
steffanie3: Probably a start again in three hours Or off plan
Sept 9, 2014 22:50:38 GMT -5
stacylynn: Thank you, Steffanie3. Your answer was swirling around in my head, but who wants to admit it? Life happens...then you jump back on the THM band-wagon! Blessings...
