Hi all! I love the feeling after a good workout. However, I have never used kettlebells (I enjoy using weights). Your kettlebell enthusiasm has won me over and I want to give it a go. If you had to choose the single most beneficial kettlebell DVD, which one would you choose? (The hubs says I need to try 1 and see how it goes first). Thanks for your input!
Niecechen...have you tried Holly Rigsby's? They seem really expensive & I haven't talked to anyone that has actually used her kb workout. I use her FYM workouts & really like those. Just wondering if you thought it was worth the price?
Wife to 1 amazing man, Mama to 8 spectacular kiddos. I am one blessed, happy Mama...working hard to be a Trim, Healthy Mama
definitely worth the price in my opinion, but also check out youtube. There is this on there: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MW6M-I51TI--it is this incredible kettlebell workout with Holly and Pamela. Tell me what you think. I Love doing a Leslie Sansone fast one mile walk and then this kettlebell workout on M, W, F and do some other stuff on T and TH
sophia: OMW!!! The new THM protein powder is amazing!! I love it! You know what's also amazing (besides the taste)? There is only 1 ingredient on the label... not like 50 that I've never heard of! lol

Avonlea: I'm a fairly new THM...started only about 3 months ago. I've lost about 13 pounds but lately my body has just quit. I've even gained back a couple pounds. I'm losing inspiration because it seems to have quit working and I can feel myself wanting to cave

steffanie3: calsunflower, I would suggest increasing a your unrefined salt a little and possibly adding some magnesium, it can really help with leg cramps. Some mamas have also mentioned GGMS helping too

steffanie3: Avonlea, please feel free to post a menu in the S and E forum or in menus if you would like the ladies to give your menus a look to see if we can see anything that needs tweaking. That said 13 pounds in three months is great, long term loss~ pound a week

Bryony: New to this posting thing, hope I am doing it right! Been on plan about 2 mo, lost 17 pounds. Still wearing same size clothes but more comfortably. Which is all good. Question though - has anyone else had problems with loose stools?
Oct 28, 2014 9:16:54 GMT -5
steffanie3: Hi Bryony As your body adjust to coconut oil, mct oil, or xylitol loose stools can happen. If you have added those or more of those recently you might need to cut back a little and work up Congrats on the 17 pounds, that is great
