Hi all! I love the feeling after a good workout. However, I have never used kettlebells (I enjoy using weights). Your kettlebell enthusiasm has won me over and I want to give it a go. If you had to choose the single most beneficial kettlebell DVD, which one would you choose? (The hubs says I need to try 1 and see how it goes first). Thanks for your input!

Dragon Door has one called the Goddess something. I can't remember the full title. I know it's one recommended in the book at the very end

Niecechen...have you tried Holly Rigsby's? They seem really expensive & I haven't talked to anyone that has actually used her kb workout. I use her FYM workouts & really like those. Just wondering if you thought it was worth the price?

definitely worth the price in my opinion, but also check out youtube. There is this on there: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MW6M-I51TI--it is this incredible kettlebell workout with Holly and Pamela. Tell me what you think. I Love doing a Leslie Sansone fast one mile walk and then this kettlebell workout on M, W, F and do some other stuff on T and TH
