Bryony: Basically all recipes Steffanie. I have so many I would like use. :) Are almond flour and oat flour and/or oat fiber interchangeable with coconut flour? Dec 19, 2014 16:01:07 GMT -5
steffanie3: Not really, coconut flour is quite different as it absorbs lots of liquid and works best with plenty of eggs. I tend to like it mixed with other flours. Dec 20, 2014 2:15:49 GMT -5 *
kristaflrealtor: Can I drink coffee with unsweetened almond milk at any time of the day, or just with meals? I am confused. Jan 4, 2015 11:13:00 GMT -5
steffanie3: A splash of unsweetened almond milk in your coffee should be ok as a sipper :) Jan 5, 2015 19:19:30 GMT -5 *

steffanie3: Welcome ladies :) Sometimes ladies miss the shoutbox and but still see the posts above (just a hint :) ). trishylalala sometimes that can be tricky, have you tried the range in the book yet? Jan 10, 2015 12:05:20 GMT -5
steffanie3: lizs if you can post above the ingredients in a thread I can see if it can work. There is great info in the Pearl and Serene chats area about why they recommend a whey isolate that would be good to read :) Jan 10, 2015 12:07:09 GMT -5
steffanie3: A super handy feature for finding things in the forums is within an area there is a search on the upper right and if you just start typing what you are looking forward (protein) all the posts with it in the title will automatically start coming up :) Jan 10, 2015 12:08:15 GMT -5

jostenger: Why do we peel the lemons in the Singing Canary? Jan 18, 2015 15:20:04 GMT -5
steffanie3: You don't have to, in my experience it is way too much oil out of the peel for the drink for my tastes :) Might depend on the lemons as well, some might tend to be more bitter than others. I do zest most of mind to use the zest in other things. Jan 19, 2015 2:35:24 GMT -5
krisnj: Good Morning! I am a beginner with THM. For breakfast today, I made the zucchini fritter with 1 tsp. coconut oil and had 1/2 c. of RF cottage cheese. Does that qualify as an S breakfast? Jan 23, 2015 8:29:44 GMT -5
