Here's a great tip from one of our readers:
"In place of the water for the Fat Stripping Frappa (p. 240), I use a strongly brewed mint tea (can use loose leaves, then strain, or store-bought tea bags). Makes a mild chocolate mint frappa! You could use this idea for other recipes too. Cheaper than using mint extract!"
