I decided to finally make the Muffin In A Mug recipe into donuts. I don't know why I didn't do that before. It's much faster than baking in a ramekin, and more fun too. These were beautifully moist and soft, and tasted so decadent. Not to mention, very nutritious with ground flax seed and EV coconut oil. I should mention, I mixed these up with 2 scant Tbsp flax meal and 2 heaped Tbsp of cocoa powder. I also added about 1 Tbsp of water to make it extra moist. It turned out beautifully. If you have a donut maker, these could become your new favorite. Who doesn't want to sit down and relax with some decadent chocolate donuts?

Those look great! So did you follow the recipe for Pearl's Volcano version? I think that's what it's called... Also, how long do you cook these in the donut maker?

Yes, that's what I did. And whoops, I should have put the time in. They cooked perfectly in 4 minutes.
