It's Saturday morning, and I just enjoyed a couple of tasty breakfast tacos. I used Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain tortillas, and put egg whites, green onions, tomatoes, and shredded Pecorino Romano on top. The tortillas are a little bit hard to fold, but I still felt satisfied with this taco, even though it wasn't quite as bendy. =) I scrambled the egg whites with sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, and nutritional yeast for some extra flavor. I splashed some Tabasco on top of one taco. It was good, but the tacos have a more fresh taste without it. It's just missing a great cup of coffee to accompany it. I'm still working on perfecting a cup of E style coffee. When I figure out how to make an AMAZNIG E cuppa, I'll let you all know!

That looks really good. Every day I see a photo or someones idea of something really good and then think "I need to go get... so I can make that". Ah! I should just be starting a running list of "wants" THanks for the idea Emily!

ahsleynicolen87, no I haven't really. I've been using about a Tbsp of half & half for E coffee recently. It is not completely purist friendly, but it works fine for me. Some also use fat free half and half. I prefer regular since I'm more towards the purist side, and I'm at goal weight so I'm not too picky about a tiny bit of extra fat. I still would like to figure out an even better way to enjoy E coffee, especially one that can be used for those with dairy allergies, or those who need to be more strict with fat content or with purer standards. =) I'll start working more diligently on that...

I have been using a teaspoon of heavy cream in my E coffee. It just a pinch higher in fat than a teaspoon of half and half, but I find that it gives much more of that creamy flavor I'm looking for without having to go overboard.
