Hi - I'm fairly new to THM and have been enjoying incorporating the principles into my meals, and slowly finding the recipes my family enjoys, but I'm curious if it's ok to share Fuel Pull snacks with my little one, or should I make sure that she has some form of fat or carb any time she eats even if it's in between meals? My daughter is almost 2 and LOVES to share anything that is on my plate, and of course loves the Big boy smoothies and Chocolate Pudding I've been enjoying, but she definitely doesn't need to lose weight! Also I do try to be sure each of her full meals is a mixture of carbs and fats whenever possible, and she still drinks whole milk at naptime. Thanks!

I'm sure having little bites of your FP food is fine since even though low in carbs, cals and fat they are nutritious and healthy. If she is drinking whole milk and having a good blend of carbs and fat in her main meals, she should be fine.

Thanks, Pearl! She's naturally so skinny and active I wanted to be sure. =)
