So the book says for making toast: sprouted, dark rye, or homemade sourdough. Does that mean you can eat store-bought sprouted & dark rye bread?

Yes, if their ingredient list is very short. Many sour dough store bought breads aren't very good, but a few at stores like Whole Foods will work. The best sprouted breads are Ezekiel and Trader Joes brands.

Thanks a lot!!! If it has a little honey would that not be allowed? The ingredient list was pretty short but it has honey.

Honey does not usually work. How many carbs per piece of bread?

I'd use just one bun in an E setting. Is it sprouted?

Is the dark rye bread 100% rye flour?
