Does anyone have a chart made up to show what recipes are S, E and FP? Someone with a little time and a knowledge of excel could probably whip it up in no time! Here's what I had in mind: Title: Satisfying Energizing Fuel Pull Skinny Choc. P350 x Fuel Pull Salad P230 (x) x In this example the "X" in parenthesis for the FP Salad would be a variation possibility, but the "X" under FP would be the main way to make the recipe. Also, separate lists of all S, E and FP recipes would be handy. Thoughts? Would this be helpful to anyone else?

I have not made a chart....but I did go through my book with three different high lighters and highlighted S meals with yellow, E meals w/ pink and FP meals w/green. Then in the recipe I also highlighted with appropriate colors anything that mentioned more of S, E or FP. I like your idea of a chart though.

Hmm, you're right, for some reason those links above are no longer working. Not sure why. As for accessing the files without joining the FB group, no I don't think you can. You might be able to have someone download them and email the file directly to you. I'd gladly do that, but they're microsoft documents and I have a Mac without microsoft so I can't even download them.
