steffanie3: Hi Bryony :) As your body adjust to coconut oil, mct oil, or xylitol loose stools can happen. If you have added those or more of those recently you might need to cut back a little and work up :) Congrats on the 17 pounds, that is great :) Oct 28, 2014 11:35:51 GMT -5
