The psyllium powder is a good idea since you can make the 'Egg white Wraps' once you have it. They are so versatile and great tasting. They can be used for S, E and Fuel Pull needs. Don't forget we are now suggesting using 1/8 cup psyllium instead of 3 Tbs to 1 cup egg whites. Okay, I bought psyllium husk powder specifically for these "egg white wraps". I LOVE tortilla shells and can eat them at every meal so I was really, really wanting a fuel pull replacement for that. I was so excited about these, but honestly I could NOT finish eating the very first one. Please help me with this recipe!!! I felt like I was eating an egg, and I'm not real crazy about eggs... Any tweaks you recommend? I actually cut the recipe in half because that's all the egg whites I had. It was really, really thick in the pan so I smoothed it out as it was cooking but it was still really thick after it was done. I really want to like this recipe! It's so easy and best of all it's a FP!!! Help!? :-)

Oh, did you use the 1/8 cup/2 tablespoons of the powder? The flakes (or just called husks) would make a difference. I will see if I can find the measurement when using the powder.
They should be quite thin, like a crepe or thinner.

Found it, it is 2 1/2 tsp if you are using a psyllium powder instead of husks.

Could someone recommend good brands for: Pure Stevia Extact Powder (people are saying not Nustevia because they have changed?) I bought NOW Organic Pure Powdered Stevia Extract and it is extremely bitter. Pure Stevia Extract Liquid and Liquid with Vanilla Psyllium Husks Whole Plyllium Husks Powdered (I've seen comments that certain brands make your recipe purple?) Oat Fiber Thanks!

Now Better Stevia is one many mamas like, stevia can be tricky getting the right amount without getting too much, too much can make it bitter. But a new favorite is the THM brand trimhealthymama.com I like Sweetleaf for liquids, they have many flavors. Easy to find online or in local stores. I only bought the whole husks (it might have said flakes), I think it was the Now brand I got it locally. I haven't bought the powder since I had the other. For oat fiber I just got the only one netrition had at the time, now they have another as well. I got www6.netrition.com/lifesource_oat_fiber_page.html
